8x10 picture order
So I ordered this 8x10 pic from this site not too long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty bummed out with how it turned out. The pic showed up all bent and creased, and that was a major letdown for me. They just chucked it in a bag with my 4x6 prints, so no surprise it got wrecked during shipping. Like, come on, can't they be a bit more careful with how they pack stuff? It got me thinking about whether their whole shipping process is up to snuff. When I'm shelling out for shipping, I expect my goodies to get to me looking top-notch, you know?

Google Pixel 6 and iPhone 14 Pro cases
I recently got some cases for my wife's Google Pixel 6 and my iPhone 14 Pro, and they arrived super fast! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality is. They have a nice matte finish and the little flecks of color make them look and feel special. The cases fit really well and give a good grip. Even though I haven't dropped my phone yet, I feel like these cases would protect them well if I did.
I did run into a problem with the Magsafe feature on my iPhone case, but Ross from customer service was on it right away. He sent me a replacement the next day, which fixed everything. Customized leather bags
So, I went shopping at this place not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed by the quality and attention to detail of their stuff. I checked out the shop in York, and they had a whole bunch of different things on display. These leather bags really caught my eye, and after looking around for a bit, I decided to get matching bags for me and my partner. We wanted to add some unique touches to them, so we asked for some custom designs.<br>After about a week, they sent us five different design options to pick from. It was a tough choice because they were all so well-made and beautiful. Eventually, we settled on two designs that we really liked, and when the bags arrived, they exceeded all our expectations. Slipper shoes from the store
I was thinking of grabbing some slipper shoes for myself, you know? And then I came across this store that had them, so I thought, why not give it a shot. Hey, so like 2 years back, I got this really awesome backpack. It's super cool and really good quality, but the zipper just broke because I use it all the time, no matter the weather. Tool unlocking for multiple DNA kits
So, I just shelled out some cash to unlock the chromosome browser feature for several DNA kits that I oversee. Ran into a bit of a snag at first - the feature was only working for me and not the other kits. Had to cough up some more dough to unlock it for one of the kits, but I gotta say, the quick response and access to the chromosome browser was a nice surprise. All in all, happy with the service I got.

Express shipping for an item
I paid extra for express shipping on my order to make sure it would arrive by a certain day, but it didn't show up when it was supposed to. I called customer service, and they said it would be there the next day, but that didn't happen either. When I asked for a full refund since my order hadn't arrived as promised, they told me that wasn't possible because the item had already been shipped. So I asked for a refund on the express shipping fee because it was definitely not express. After talking to customer service, I got an email saying my item was coming on the quickest boat possible. Really? I'm starting to think it might be just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Guam.

Pickleball tournament tickets
I was really looking forward to using my gift card to buy tickets for a pickleball tournament on this site. But man, was I let down. The fees for the tickets were way too high, way more than I expected. And to top it off, even though they said the tickets would get to me two days before the event, they didn't show up. When I got in touch with customer service, they said the tickets would arrive 24 hours before the tournament. Imagine my surprise when I got an email on the morning of the event saying my order was cancelled. And get this - they're giving back the credit card amount as a refund, but the gift card amount separately. What a pain! Dealing with this company was such a waste of time and money. I won't be trusting them for any future ticket buys. Super disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Got a cozy set online
Oh my goodness, I was really looking forward to getting my cozy set and wearing it over the holidays. But after washing it just once, it shrunk like crazy! So, like, I ordered this totally awesome map with the frame and everything. The map itself is amazing and I really liked how they kept me in the loop through email about when it would arrive.
