Online order
I ordered some stuff online and was expecting it on Friday, but it still hasn't arrived! No email or anything. Checked the shipping page and apparently Brexit caused the delay, but no one mentioned that to me earlier. It feels like it's been forever and I have no idea when it will show up. Tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all!

This refund drama
I can't even deal with it right now, eh? The customer service was just brutal! The manager lady was so rude to me when I asked for a refund. She straight up said "there's no way the cashier told you that!" and pretty much accused me of lying. That was seriously not cool. Like, all I wanted was my money back, you know?

Crypto trading platform
I was really looking forward to trying out this platform, eh? But to be honest, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Signing up was easy enough, and I did like the auto trading options. But there were some glitches that popped up now and then, causing me to miss out on some good trades. The customer service wasn't great either - took forever to get a response, and the answers were pretty generic. The prices were decent, but I was hoping for more bang for my buck. And don't even get me started on the withdrawals - they took way longer than I thought they would, which was super frustrating, eh?

Pokémon Science Club class
My kiddo just had his first Pokémon Science Club class and he's totally into it! The teacher is awesome - super enthusiastic, kind, and really knows how to make learning fun for everyone. Her love for the subject is so clear in every class, and my son always comes home pumped to tell me all about what he learned. I'm really thankful for how much this class has sparked my son's curiosity and love for learning.

Overpriced dating site
I should have read the reviews before I joined this dating site. The people they matched me with were totally not a fit, and a lot of them didn't even bother to put up photos. It was a total waste of my time and money - honestly the worst dating app I've ever tried. I've had way better luck with free dating sites. And on top of all that, I've been trying to get my money back but the customer service is just awful. They're really dragging their feet and trying to dodge giving me a refund.
