Bad quality clothes, no refunds
I bought some clothes, eh, but man, they were such poor quality! And then when I tried to take 'em back 'cause they didn't fit right, all they'd give me was store credit. What a total rip off, eh!

The salted caramel cookie I got was really dry and not gooey like I wanted. The taste was okay, but it definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it. The package looked nice, but the cookie itself didn't impress me at all.

Overpriced, poor quality product, expensive return shipping.
I was pretty bummed about my latest buy, eh. I shelled out for this pricey item, even with a sweet discount code, only to find out it didn't live up to what I was expecting, you know? And when I went to send it back, I was floored to see they wanted to charge me $10 - $15 for shipping. Overall, just a real headache, eh.

So, I just bought something from this website and I gotta say, it was just alright. It's from Australia/New Zealand so I found it a bit tricky to figure out at first. But once I got the hang of it, I was pretty impressed by all the makeup they had. Not really a complaint, just thought I'd give a little nudge to make it more user-friendly for us Canadians.

Sending parcels to Europe
My experience sending three parcels to Europe using IOSS was terrible. They charged me VAT on all three parcels when they arrived. When I tried calling customer service, it was a struggle because they just kept giving me the same canned responses. Finally, when I got in touch with UPS, I found out that ShipStation had been inputting the data in the wrong spots. Even after I told them about the problem, I still haven't gotten any helpful answers.

Bathroom sink faucet
The tap I bought from this company is total garbage. It started leaking after only a few weeks and the design is super outdated and ugly. I thought I was getting a top-notch product from a well-known company, but man, was I ever mistaken. The worst part was the awful customer service I got when I tried to return the broken tap. The reps were no help at all and were downright rude, not offering any solutions or aid. I'm so let down with my purchase and definitely won't be buying from them again.

Photo book purchase for years
I've been buying photo books for years now and I gotta say, the customer service is always top notch. Overpriced fuzzy blanket
I recently bought this expensive blanket, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The design and colors are nice, but the quality is horrible. After only a couple of days, it started shedding everywhere and threads were coming loose all over the place. The weave is so loose and delicate that you start to question why they charge so much for it. Alpaca blankets aren't supposed to shed like this, so they either don't know what they're doing or they're trying to pull a fast one. What's even more frustrating is that when I tried to leave a review on their website, the feedback section seemed to be conveniently disabled. Very suspicious if you ask me. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them again.

Recent order experience
I recently ordered a bunch of meats and when it arrived, it was all warm and leaking everywhere because of the shipping company's error. The first delivery was a total disaster and super gross. But, when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly fixed everything by sending me a replacement order that came in perfect condition. The second delivery was awesome and the meat was top quality. I'm really grateful for their fast action and effort to make things better.
