I was pretty annoyed when I couldn't sit beside my friend on the train because our tickets got assigned separate seats by the system. We booked with Rail Europe, but apparently we couldn't choose our seats on Renfe trains. It was a letdown. But, Rail Europe's customer service was quick to reply and really helpful in explaining everything to me.

So, lad, my buddies and I stopped by this calendar spot today, and the fella behind the counter was dead to the world! We coughed up for our calendars, then plopped down on a bench. Next thing we know, this other guy snagged two calendars and sauntered off like he owned the place! Crazy, eh? Maybe that dozy worker's just swamped or gives zero care about his job. It's not right that folks can help themselves to freebies while us honest customers get the cold shoulder.
