Weatherproof boots

Broken earphones
My earphones crapped out on me and customer service was useless. They refused to fix them because I didn't have a receipt, but it was a gift! They just want you to fork out for new ones instead of solving the issue. Lame.

Group tour experience
My group tour with Trafalgar wasn't the best because of the tour director. Tour Director Maja was really rude and made the trip not so great. I wouldn't suggest Trafalgar if Maja is in charge.

Glassware and dinnerware set
I recently bought a lovely glassware and dinnerware set from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with how top-notch the products are. The special glass lamination process they use actually works to keep the dishes from easily chipping or breaking. And not only are they tough, but they're also classy and have a bunch of cool patterns and designs to fit all kinds of preferences. My guests have been giving me lots of compliments on my new dinnerware set.
