I recently bought something from this company and it's been a total nightmare, eh? My order took way longer to get here than they said it would, and I had tons of problems dealing with their customer service team. Even though I reached out several times, they hardly ever got back to me, and when they did, it seemed like I was talking to a robot, eh. After waiting for ages, I had to go to the bank and do a chargeback myself. The whole thing has been super annoying and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, eh.

The customer service experience was a huge letdown. I got charged for a subscription renewal out of the blue, even though I wasn't even using the software. I contacted them right away to get my money back, but after countless emails back and forth and trying everything to fix it, it's been over 6 months and I still haven't seen a penny returned.

I got this really cool leather bag from this awesome store. The zipper was a bit off, but no worries. They sent me a new one right away and said I could keep the old one while I waited. The new bag arrived in less than two days and was wrapped really nicely. They even included a label to return the old bag.
