Luxury hotel collection
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. From the second I walked in, they treated me like a VIP. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I can't praise this hotel enough.

Shower filter recurring issues
I'm a loyal customer of this company for a while now and have had a bunch of issues with the shower filters I've bought. Five times, the filters cracked and sprayed water everywhere, making a big mess. Parts have cracked too, causing leaks. The shower head often gets clogged with carbon which comes out during use. Even though they said the products were under warranty with no questions asked, I was asked to send pictures and pay for shipping for replacements recently. It's been a pain and a waste of time and money. The drop in quality is disappointing, especially after being a customer for so long. I'll have to try other companies for better products.

My order got to me in just two days, and everything was just like they said it would be. I was really happy with how good the stuff was for the price. I just bought the Gentle Cleansing Oil and Facial Moisturizer, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how good these products are. The Cleansing Oil easily gets rid of makeup and grime from my skin without making it feel oily or dry. And the moisturizer is light but super hydrating, making my skin feel all soft and smooth throughout the day. I like that they use natural and organic stuff in both products, because my skin is sensitive and doesn't like harsh chemicals. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be checking out more stuff from this brand in the future.

Lavender essential oil
I just bought the lavender essential oil from Hyku and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good it is. The smell is so pure and soothing, it's just what I need to unwind after a busy day. You can tell that Hyku really cares about their customers' health, 'cause the oil is vegan, cruelty-free, and doesn't have any harmful stuff like parabens or phthalates. It feels good to know I'm using a product that's good for me and made ethically.

High shipping cost for chairs
I recently tried to buy some chairs for a project in Canada from this furniture store. Even though their website said they ship to Canada for orders over $2,000, I was surprised when they quoted me $10,000 to ship chairs that cost less than $5,000. It seemed like they were trying to rip me off, especially since other American stores have much better shipping rates to Canada. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with this store.
