I got my order from this store and sadly, the item was torn. It was already out of stock when I got in touch with customer service, but they were nice enough to refund me completely and said I could still keep the damaged item. I'm grateful for the offer, but I can't exactly wear something with a big hole in it. Michael from customer service was super helpful and sorted everything out fast.

Nasty Experience
Eh, I gotta tell ya, it's like totally impossible to get any help from this company! They seriously make it so darn hard for ya to fix your phone. I had a phone with a broken part and they were just like, whatever! It's like they want you to go through agony! When I tried to get a replacement part under warranty, it was as likely as me summoning a unicorn. And I've been a fan since their very first phone came out! My tip for everyone is if your phone breaks, just toss it like a frisbee or gift it to someone you really can't stand, eh.

Fishing rod flies
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the fishing rod flies I bought from Riverbum Inc. They just weren't up to par with what I thought I'd be getting, especially with the fancy materials they supposedly use. The flies seemed kinda cheaply put together and didn't hold up too well on my fishing trips. And don't even get me started on the customer service when I tried to return them - it was seriously lacking. Felt like I was getting the run-around and it took way too long to get my refund. All in all, not impressed with my shopping experience at Riverbum Inc.
