Southeast Asia 29-day tour
Just finished a 29-day tour of Southeast Asia and it was incredible! Our tour leader was amazing, always making sure we were well taken care of and having a blast. The activities were fantastic, from cooking classes to kayaking and everything in between. We really got a taste of each country we visited and the local guides gave us some great insight. This trip was a whirlwind of adventure and cultural immersion that I will always remember. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to fully experience Southeast Asia.

Gift DNA test kit
So, my mom got this DNA test kit as a gift, y'know? And she did all the spit stuff and sent it in. But then they were all like "Hey, you gotta add a payment method to see your results." And we're like, why do we gotta pay more when we already paid for the test? And when my dad tried to cancel any extra charges, it was like trying to find a unicorn in a forest. So confusing and sneaky, eh?

My experience shopping at Dame was pretty interesting, I must say. I was looking for a new toy to spice things up in the bedroom, and after doing some online research, I came across the vibrating egg at Dame. It looked really nice and promising, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Ordering it was easy, no problems there. But when it came to service, I was hoping for a bit more. The person I talked to didn't seem too interested and wasn't very enthusiastic. The price was similar to other products out there, so nothing surprising there. And luckily, the delivery was quick, which was great because I couldn't wait to try out my new toy. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there could be some improvements in the service area.

Repairing special edition pairs
After having a few special edition pairs of swimwear from this brand for many years, I needed to get the elastic bands fixed. So, I contacted customer service for some help. But, they said they couldn't check if the items were real from pictures and wanted proof of purchase. It was really annoying cause who keeps receipts for stuff bought 10 years ago? In my experience, no other brand has ever asked for that kind of proof for repairs or to check if something is real. Their customer service not being understanding or flexible was really disappointing. It made me feel like they didn't value me as a long-time customer. It's too bad that a brand that's so well-known would mess up in that way.

Clothes order
Hey there! I was just browsing online and came across this awesome website that had a bunch of really cute clothes. I ended up ordering a shirt, even though it was a little more expensive than I would have liked. Well, let me tell you, I felt like I was waiting forever for it to arrive! The tracking number didn't even work, and it took about three weeks for the shirt to finally show up. But hey, at least it fits properly! Next time, I'll definitely double-check the measurements before ordering. I don't think I'll be shopping there again unless I'm looking to completely overhaul my wardrobe.

Work pants and blazer
I gotta tell ya, my recent trip to the store was a major letdown. I was really looking forward to getting some top-notch work pants and a blazer, but man, was I disappointed. The material felt super cheap and the fit was way off. It was like they were made for someone with a totally different body shape. The stitching was even starting to come apart before I even left the store. Can you believe that? Unacceptable! The service wasn't much better - no one bothered to help me find what I was looking for. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to lend a hand to customers. And let me tell ya, the prices were not worth it. I shelled out a lot of money for clothes that ended up being just plain bad. I could have easily found better stuff for better prices elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the delivery. It took ages for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the package looked like it had been through a tornado. Not impressed at all.

Business travel frequency
As someone who travels a lot for work, I end up flying with this airline quite a bit because they have limited direct flights to certain places I need to go. But, I gotta be real - the cabin crew's customer service leaves a lot to be desired compared to other more budget-friendly airlines. The whole experience just isn't up to par, and it's kind of disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in the airline industry. I think they need to step up their game with better training and policies to improve the service they offer.

This place has awesome service! Unlike another store I've shopped at, if Rough Trade says they have something in stock, they really do. Plus, they don't take your money until it's ready to ship, which is such a weight off my shoulders. I've been burned before by other stores saying a record is limited, only to realize weeks later that it's not actually available after they've already charged me. It's so nice to see a store like Rough Trade being honest and upfront.
