I can't believe the awful customer service I got from this brand! I waited weeks for a response before finally hearing back. They said they would pay for my dry cleaning after I paid, but then they went silent until I followed up. It was my first time trying a luxury brand, and it will definitely be my last. They can keep the dress and my money - I'm finished with them.

Imperial Europe tour
My experience with Trafalgar's Imperial Europe tour was pretty disappointing, eh? There wasn't much info given about bus travel times and we didn't get much time to really check out each city on our own. The schedule was so vague and those morning city tours weren't all that great, to be honest. I feel like we missed out on some cool stuff that a more personal guide could have shown us. Plus, a bunch of folks on the bus got hit with COVID and they didn't really do much to stop it from spreading. It was a real bummer when they cancelled that extra tour we were looking forward to. And we were always rushing from one city to the next, barely had any time to do our own thing.
