Flight booking
I was pretty disappointed with how things went down with my itinerary changes. I had to figure things out on my own, which got me feeling all stressed and anxious for no reason. But, when I got in touch with customer service, they were super helpful in fixing everything and even gave me a full refund for the flights that got cancelled. I'm glad things got sorted out in the end, but if they had just communicated better, it would have been a much easier ride.
