Easy booking but lies
Eh, this website is absolutely brutal, I tell ya. They totally fooled me into booking flights that weren't even legit, can you believe it? So, I tried to check in with the airlines and they had zero record of me, not even a little peep! Then I reached out to customer service through the chat, and all they did was give me another phony confirmation number that was useless too. When I asked for my money back, they flat-out refused. Don't even bother trusting this company, eh?

Skate shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of skate shoes from this online store and I have to say, my experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the ordering process was a headache because the website was so difficult to use and I had a hard time finding what I wanted. On top of that, the customer service was basically non-existent. I tried reaching out through live chat but got no response from anyone. It's been a week now and my order is still just sitting there in the 'being processed' stage, which is not a good sign. After hearing about other people having similar bad experiences, I'm worried I'll be waiting forever to get my shoes. I was really excited when I made the order, but now I'm regretting it. I don't know if I'll shop at this store or any associated brands again after this lousy customer service.

I recently took a ride with this company and I gotta say, I was super impressed. Booking online was easy peasy and the drivers were total pros. Maintenance and appearance
The tire pressure light was on which kinda stressed me out on my trip. Also, the car I rented had some dents on it, so I snapped some pics for proof. But I was in a hurry to get where I needed to go, so I didn't have time to tell the company about it. I think it should be the parking lot attendants' job to let the rental company know about any damages and make sure the cars are well-maintained.
