I just bought an audiobook that was recommended to me in an email I get every day. I was really impressed with how accurate the recommendations were and how clearly they showed the deals available. It was easy to buy and I really liked the audiobook I got.

Unfortunate birthday flowers
I recently ordered some birthday flowers for my wife from this company and it ended up being a total disaster. They not only delivered the wrong flowers but also got the card all mixed up with the wrong name on it! I was so shocked at how they could mess up so badly and have such poor customer service. When I called them to sort it out, they said they'd give me £25 in vouchers to make up for it and promised to deliver the right flowers later that day. But come 5pm, still nothing had shown up so I decided to just cancel the whole thing and ask for my money back. I was really disappointed when they tried to deliver the flowers after 7pm, which I declined. And then when I asked for a refund, they said they would only give me back the delivery fee, talking about some weird policies and rules.

Oversized shirt, poor quality
I bought the 2XL tall shirt thinking it would be a comfy fit, but the sleeves are way too tight on my forearms. The fabric feels weak and like it could easily rip. Even the body fit isn't as good as I hoped for. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

Cancelled order assistance
I had to cancel an order recently and the customer service I got was awesome. The first person I talked to realized they needed to get someone higher up involved. Cristin stepped in and was able to cancel the order, even though it was already being processed. She said she'd send an email confirmation once it was done, and she did just that within 2 hours. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional Cristin was. If you ever need customer support, I definitely recommend asking for Cristin - she'll make sure your problem gets sorted out quickly.

Diawa line counter reels
Bought some Diawa line counter reels, but one crapped out after just one outing. I called up the store, thinking they had some warranty deal with Diawa. Drove all the way out there, and what do they tell me? Gotta shell out more money for a replacement reel and drive another three friggin’ hours to go pick it up. Total loss of time and cash. That store has lost my business for good.

Coyote boots
I bought a pair of coyote boots from this company over a year ago and I've been wearing them pretty much every day since. Let me tell you, these boots are the comfiest ones I've ever had on my feet. They fit just right, they're light, flexible, and surprisingly tough. They might not be waterproof, but they dry super fast. They feel like your most worn-in and cozy pair of slippers. I definitely suggest checking out these boots.

First e-reader purchase
As a newbie e-reader user, I gotta say I'm pretty impressed by how light and easy to carry this thing is. It's perfect for taking along on my nature explorations, no need to stress about it being heavy or bulky. The screen is easy on the eyes and reading on it feels just like flipping through a real book. And can we talk about the battery life? It's incredible - I can go days without having to recharge. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally suggest it to anyone in need of a handy e-reader.
