    I had a big delay with getting a refund for something I ordered online from your company. It was sent to your Distribution Centre by mistake back in March of last year, and it's worth just under £300. I've been talking to your customer service team about it, giving them the tracking details they asked for, but there hasn't been any progress or updates. When it comes to returns, I think it's important for there to be accountability and to get things done promptly. This whole experience has been really disappointing and frustrating for me as a customer.

    Warm jackets, good camo patterns

    The jackets here are amazing for keeping warm and the camo designs are really well done. I really like how they let you mix and match outfits, it's super helpful when you're trying to put together a whole look. But I gotta say, the customer service and return policies could use some work. In this day and age, it's so important for a company to be flexible and customer-focused with return policies, but that's something this place is lacking. The fees, processing times, delays, and not being able to cancel an order right after you place it all just make for a super frustrating experience. There are other brands out there that make the whole exchange and return process way easier for customers who aren't happy with their purchases.

    My Sweatshirt and Candle

    This has been the absolute worst experience. I bought a really cute sweatshirt and a delicious candle from this place, but I still haven't received it! It feels like I've been waiting for ages since I placed the order, like it's been forever. I've sent them three emails and they haven't even bothered to respond. I even tried reaching out to them on social media, but no luck! My partner also bought me some things from there, and guess what? We're both just here waiting like a couple of sad ducks.     The website's info is all out of date and sketchy. I tried to buy some shoes, but I got an email saying they couldn't fulfil my order since they're out of stock. The thing is, those exact shoes, same color and size, are still up for grabs on the site. It's so annoying to see this mix-up, makes me question if I can trust this brand.

    Faulty Cricut EasyPress 3

    Unfortunately, my experience with the Cricut EasyPress 3 was not great. When I got it, I found out it was broken. I contacted customer service for help, but it was frustrating. They wanted me to send lots of photos and videos of the problem, which I did. But then they closed my tickets without fixing anything. I tried to get a refund through another tool, but Cricut's rules stopped me from getting my money back like I should under UK law. Their return policy is strict and not clear for customers. They only let you replace or return things if they are not broken. I thought Cricut's customer support was not good and I was disappointed they wouldn't give me a refund for a broken product.

    My order was a backpack

    So, I bought this backpack from this one place and I was so pumped to get it. But gosh, the track and trace thingy was all mixed up and I had to wait forever to get my backpack. I shot them an email three times and it took forever for them to get back to me. Finally got my backpack after they sent it out with a different carrier.
