Custom stamp purchase
I really needed a custom stamp for my business and found this website. I ordered one and couldn't wait for it to arrive. But the stamp I got was all wrong - not even close to what I asked for. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and not helpful at all. They didn't want to give me a refund or a new stamp, so now I'm stuck with a stamp I can't use. I won't be going back to this company again, that's for sure.

I tried to explain the situation and even offered to show them my receipt, but they still refused to let me exchange the item. This kind of customer service is really disappointing, especially for a luxury brand. The whole buying experience was ruined by the store's lack of flexibility and understanding. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
