Photo prints and photo books
I've been a customer with this company since the early 2000s, and for the most part, I've been pretty happy with the service. But, my recent experience was a total letdown. I ordered some photo prints and books, and it turns out that over 5000 of my photos went missing and can't be recovered. It's just not right. And to make matters worse, they only offered me a $20 gift certificate as a way to make up for it. That's ridiculous. Plus, nobody even bothered to get in touch with me to explain what went wrong. It's really disappointing. I suggest making sure you back up all your photos elsewhere or invest in digital storage so you don't end up feeling like I do right now.

My terrible stay at a hotel
My time at this hotel was just terrible, eh! They claimed it was all redone in 2023, but that was a total fib. I blew a ton of points for one night there. I'll only throw 3 stars their way because of the good ol' Marriott customer service, eh.

Personalized M&M's for friends
I really liked the website, it was super easy to use. I had a fun time making personalized M&M's for my friends. I didn't check out the image upload feature, but there were some cool text and clip-art choices. I also appreciated that there were different packaging options besides romantic ones. The only downside was that the smallest amount you could buy was 400 grams, but I get why they have that rule.

Evaporative air cooler purchase
I bought this evaporative air cooler online and it broke down after just three weeks of use. I was so disappointed with how quickly it stopped working and how the customer service didn't respond to me. I sent them a bunch of emails over a month but didn't hear back at all. They didn't even have a phone number on their website for me to call. I ended up having to go through my bank to get a refund. I was really unhappy with my whole experience with this company.

Lipstick and eyeshadow duo
Let's chat about this whole "customer satisfaction" thing they talk so much about. I decided to snag a lipstick and eyeshadow duo online, thinking it would be a sweet addition to my makeup stash. But man, was I ever mistaken. The website was such a pain to use, super hard to get around, and checking out was a disaster. I had to go through all sorts of hoops to place my order, and it took way longer than it should've. When my package finally showed up, the items didn't match what was shown online. The lipstick was all dried up and the eyeshadow was already crumbled. What a waste of my time and cash! Forget about customer satisfaction, seriously.
