Prepaid car service from airport to Manhattan Upper East Side and return
As a prepaid customer, I gotta say I had a great time with the car service from the airport to the Upper East Side and back. Black bag, online order
So, yeah, I ordered this black bag online and I was so excited to get it because it looked really cool in the picture. But then, they emailed me saying they were out of stock of two items from my order. I asked for a refund, but they didn't even acknowledge me! Can you believe it? And then they didn't want to send a partial order, but they were asking if I still wanted the items shipped. Um, hello, I ordered six items and didn't receive any of them! The customer service is just terrible, just like everyone else said. These items were supposed to be Christmas gifts, and now I don't even trust them to give me store credit. I'm starting to think this whole thing is a scam, seriously.

Unique gift items
I went to Spencer's as a customer recently and honestly, I wasn't impressed with how things went down. They've got some really cool gift stuff there, but the service was seriously lacking. The staff seemed a bit bored and didn't really know much about what they were selling. I had to keep asking for help and when I finally got some, the info was still pretty vague. And don't get me started on the prices - some things were way too expensive compared to other places. I did in-store pickup for my order and man, it took forever. All in all, my time at Spencer's was pretty disappointing.

Got same day delivery, but was 3 days late
So, eh, I ordered something and paid extra to get it on the same day, you know? But then I ended up getting it like 3 days later! They said some DoorDash dude didn't show up or whatever, but like, DoorDash never even called me! And like, this has happened to me twice now in the past 2 months. Ugh, don't waste your money on same day delivery, peeps!
