Dress shirts, shoes, and socks
Nordstrom Rack has always been my top choice for getting really good stuff at prices that won't break the bank. The store over on Camelback in Phoenix is always spot on with their awesome selection. Whether I need nice dress shirts, some sweet shoes, or cozy socks, I can always find something I'm into. The folks working there know their stuff and are always happy to assist me in finding just what I'm looking for. I've been shopping there faithfully for three years now, and I've never been disappointed.

Glasses purchase
The glasses I bought were really good quality and were priced pretty reasonably. I did have a little problem with my first order because I picked the wrong lenses, but the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed it right away. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and the service I got.

Necklace purchase
I bought this really nice necklace from here not too long ago, but I gotta say, the customer service was seriously lacking. When I walked in, the staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even notice me. And when I finally got one of them to help me, I felt like they couldn't be bothered. I expect better service, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money. This place was definitely a letdown compared to other places I've been to.

Thick curly hair
I've got really thick, curly hair and it's always been a challenge to find products that actually work for me. So, I thought I'd give this brand's shampoo and conditioner a shot - and let me tell you, I'm absolutely loving them. The formula is made specifically for my hair type, and I've noticed a big difference in how healthy and good my hair looks overall. The only downside is that I go through more conditioner than shampoo, so I kinda wish they had a bigger size available. But even with that, my curls have never looked this good before and I'm super happy with how everything turned out.

Small expandable pack for light travel
Gosh, this small expandable pack I bought for my travels is just amazing! The design is so smart and well-made, it's a must-have for any traveler. I'm a woman in my 70s who goes to Europe a lot with just carry-on luggage, and let me tell you, this pack is the best I've ever had. Being able to expand it makes packing so much easier, without having to worry about space or weight. The different compartments and secure closures in the design make packing and unpacking a total breeze. I love the attention to detail and the high-quality craftsmanship that went into making this pack - it really takes my travel game up a notch.

Light fixtures purchase for project
I'm so disappointed with the service from this company. I used their services for a design project and it's been a total nightmare. They promised free shipping, but my client kept getting bills from Fedex which added extra costs. I tried reaching out to Lumens multiple times about this problem, but no luck. And to make things worse, one of the light fixtures arrived broken and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's frustrating to have to waste so much time fixing things after buying. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
