I'm really not impressed with this company. I ordered something on December 25, and it's already January 17, and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they haven't replied to any of them. My order just says "printing" so I have no idea where it is. This lack of communication is so frustrating and disappointing. I think this kind of bad service needs to be dealt with, and I suggest being careful when thinking about buying from them in the future.

I've been thinking about it a lot, and I finally decided to sign up for this fragrance subscription service to get 3 new scents every month. And let me tell you, I'm really happy with my choice! The fragrances come in these little atomizers that have a good amount of product in them. I also went for the option to get cases for the fragrances, and I have to say, it was totally worth it. I was so impressed that I managed to convince my sister to sign up too!

I tell ya, I ordered this pillow and it was a total disaster. Asked for it to be delivered real fast, but it didn't show up until a whole week later when I was already at camp. Couldn't even use it! I let them know how upset I was, but they just turned around and blamed me for it! Can you believe that? They didn't even try to make things right and instead made me feel small. And on top of it all, I gotta pay to send it back! I mean, c'mon, I shouldn't have to pay for their screw-up!

I just bought a dining table from HomeSquare, eh, and the color wasn't what I expected at all! The table was way lighter than the walnut color I saw in the photos and description. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong item not once, but twice, bud. Dealing with their customer service to try and return it was a real pain, they don't cover return shipping and have a bunch of rules and restrictions for returns. I'd definitely suggest steering clear of HomeSquare and finding a more trustworthy furniture company, eh.

I'm totally shocked at how flimsy and low-quality that gua sha tool I got from here is, eh. It not only broke super easily, but it even chipped when I was barely washing it. Like, how can something that costs so much money be so fragile and easy to break? It's just not right for a product that's supposed to be used with slippery oils and creams, you know. I was hoping for way better quality considering the price tag.

I bought two robots from this company not too long ago, and yeah, both of them crapped out on me within the first six months. The customer service folks were pretty good about helping me get things sorted, but man, it took forever - like over 4 hours each time - to figure out and fix what was wrong. Now I'm just waiting to get my money back for the last robot, which is turning into a bit of a pain in the butt.

So, eh, I've been using this lipstick shade for, like, forever and then they said it was super popular in the UK but not in the US so they stopped selling it. The nice rep at the store suggested another shade, but it was sold out everywhere. Then I found a new shade I liked, but guess what? Yup, discontinued again! It's so frustrating when a company doesn't get that we get attached to certain products. Like, I'm so done with this brand.
