Third-time order
I recently bought something from this online store for the third time. Unfortunately, just like the last two times, I had trouble with getting the items I wanted to buy. When I placed my order, everything looked good and in stock, but when it came time to ship, I got a message saying my order got cancelled. It's frustrating dealing with this issue over and over again, so I reached out to customer service to let them know how unreliable this all seems. After explaining what happened, I decided to give it another shot and re-ordered the items. It took a while, but I eventually got my stuff. It's nice to finally have my order, but it's disappointing to have to deal with so much hassle as a loyal customer.

Backpack purchase
I just got a new backpack from this company, and I have to say I'm super impressed with how good it is. The design with different levels really makes it easy to carry all my stuff without my back hurting. The nylon and foam material seems really strong, and I love that there's lots of space to keep my things organized. Express shipping backorder
I just ordered something with rush shipping from this company, but turns out it's out of stock and they didn't tell me until a week later. I waited two weeks for an email reply, and finally got told I'd get a full refund if I sent back the label. So I did, but still no refund or fast shipping fee. The person I talked to on the phone said they're the manager, but they were not professional or helpful. I'm really let down by how this company handled things, with poor communication and bad customer service.
