My son accidentally lost one of my headphones outside and I ended up finding it under my car a month and a half later. Surprisingly, it was still working perfectly despite being out in the elements for so long. I was impressed by how durable and great the sound quality was. I'm really upset with the customer service because they haven't gotten back to me about my return. I've sent a bunch of emails but I haven't gotten any help on how to go about returning my item. It's frustrating as a customer to not have clear instructions when trying to return something, especially when it's an expensive item. The lack of communication and support from customer service makes the company look bad and shows that they're not really devoted to giving good service to their customers.

$100 knife purchase
Ordered a $100 knife about a week ago and it finally arrived today in the mail. Gotta say, I'm really happy with the quality of the knife. The shipping took longer than I thought, which was a bit of a bummer. But, when I got in touch with customer service, the owner went ahead and refunded me the shipping costs, which was a nice surprise. It's pretty obvious that if you chat with their customer service, they'll make things right. I think the CityPASS is a good deal if you're going to check out the attractions they include. It was really easy to use, which I liked a lot. But I did have to call customer service when I was trying to book the Cruise and was having some trouble. The person I talked to didn't really get what I was asking and gave me a random answer. It was a bit annoying, but eventually they did fix the problem. Overall, it was an okay experience.
