Room reservation
I'm never using this site again, eh. I called to just make a simple change to my reservation, but nope, they wouldn't budge with their no-change policy. And on top of that, they had this non-refundable policy too, eh. I goofed up my reservation less than 6 hours after booking it for a stay in 6 weeks, and they wouldn't give me a hand. So, I ended up booking another room through a different site, which was cheaper in Canadian dollars and didn't need any upfront payment. Take off, eh!

I just bought a wedding ring from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good the product is. The ring was just like they said on the website - tough, comfy, and stylish. Plus, the customer service was awesome. The team was quick to respond to my questions and gave me some good advice on sizing. The price was fair for the quality of the ring, and I liked that they donate some of their sales to charity. The delivery was fast and the ring showed up well-packaged. A pair of shoes
If you like waiting around for a package that never shows up, then Nordstrom Rack is the spot for you. I bought some shoes online and they were supposed to be delivered by this company called LSO. Let me tell you, LSO was a total mess. My package never made it to me, and when I reached out to customer service, they were useless. I won't be relying on their online shipping services again, that's for sure.
