Audio books purchase
I really enjoy listening to audio books and I'm always trying to find good deals that match what I like. Chirp Books is where I usually go to get great prices on audio books. I like that I can listen to a little bit of the book before buying it, because the narrator's voice is important to me liking the book. There are so many different genres and titles to choose from on Chirp Books, it's really impressive. My experience with Chirp Books has been great overall and I'll definitely keep using it for my audio book needs.

Recent online purchase
After spendin' a good chunk o' time checkin' out the website and pickin' out stuff t' buy, I ran int'a a real annoying problem when I tried t' finish my order. The website all of a sudden told me it couldn't take my payment, even though there was a charge waitin' on my PayPal account. That got me all mixed up and let down 'cause I already put in the work t' pick out what I wanted to get.

Warranty claim for headphones
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service at this company. So, my headphones just up and died on me one day. I reached out to customer service, and they asked for more info and some pics of the headphones to file a warranty claim. And you know what? They sent me a brand spanking new pair of headphones to my door in just one week. Can you believe that?
