I ordered some protein powder and pre-workout from this website, and man, it took forever to get here! I had to chat with two different folks before my stuff finally arrived after waiting for like 2 and a half weeks. And when my protein powder finally showed up, it was all messed up! I was so frustrated, I tell ya! Thankfully, Gainz Garrett came through and sent me a replacement real quick. Despite being disappointed about the wait and the damaged product, Garrett really came to the rescue and made things right.

They gave me a reference number and all, but I still haven't gotten my money back yet. I've been trying to contact them, but they take forever to reply, eh, and I can't even talk to a real person on the phone. It's so frustrating, eh. Can you help me out with this, like, ASAP? Bowers & Wilkins just isn't cutting it with their products and service. I bought the P5 headphones and ran into an issue. When I asked for help, the customer support was really disappointing. They didn't even respond to my inquiry, which was super frustrating. I tried looking for a replacement part on their website, but found it at a decent price with a huge delivery fee to Canada. I contacted their service partner, Emcompass, and they said they didn't even have the part in their catalog. Even after talking to their service agent, it didn't really help and they didn't provide any guarantees for a fix. Bowers & Wilkins really needs to step up their game in customer service if they want to be seen as a top-notch brand.
