Rhinestone glasses
I bought a set of rhinestone glasses from this company not long ago and was kinda bummed to see that they both had a missing stone. I shot them an email showing the problem along with some pics, and they were super quick to reply. Without any fuss, they sent me replacement pairs in no time. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they handled everything so smoothly. All in all, I'm happy with the quality of their stuff and the top-notch customer service they provided me.

Recent shoe purchase
I just bought a pair of shoes and I'm really bummed out about the sizing. I got my usual size but these shoes are definitely a size smaller. On top of that, they don't allow refunds or exchanges for items on sale! It's annoying when a company sells products that aren't right and won't fix it for their customers. The reviews on the website didn't mention anything about this problem, so it seems like they pick and choose which ones to show. This sneaky behaviour is not what I expected from this brand at all.
