I recently bought some clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue and the whole experience with delivery and customer service was really bad. They used a third-party delivery service for Canadian orders, and it took forever for my stuff to arrive. And when I tried to return something, it was a huge hassle. The customer service people were not helpful at all and were actually pretty rude. They wouldn't take my return, and on top of that, they still haven't given me a refund for an item they got back over a month ago. Plus, the packages were all beat up when they arrived, no proper packaging at all. So disappointing.

My experience with this company was so frustrating, eh! The ordering process was way too complicated, making me do all sorts of things just to get my hands on the product. The service was just okay, with not-so-helpful customer service people who didn't really seem to care about my concerns. The prices were alright, but with the service I got, I was hoping for more value. And on top of it all, the delivery took forever, making me wait forever for my stuff. All in all, not impressed at all, eh!

I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store and had a frustrating experience with their discount policy. At first, they gave me a discount for being a new customer, which I was happy about. But then, they cancelled one of the items I ordered because it was out of stock. When I got my refund, I saw that they took away part of the discount I got before. I thought this was unfair because the discount was supposed to apply to the whole order, not just one item. I tried to talk to their customer service team through a bunch of emails, but they didn't really fix the problem. I was disappointed by their lack of transparency and effort to make things right, and it made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.
