    Oh man, you wouldn't believe the amazing selection they have at this place. It's like being a kid in a candy store, but instead of candy, it's all these stunning lighting fixtures that will make your home look like a million bucks. The staff there really knows their stuff, they were so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I'll admit, the prices were a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for. And let me tell you, the delivery was crazy fast. I ordered my lights and fan on a Monday, and they showed up at my door on Wednesday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

    I recently had the pleasure of getting some awesome customer service when I had to get my sunglasses fixed. I bought them way back in 2004 and ended up breaking one of the arms. When I reached out to the company, they not only replaced both arms for free but also hooked me up with a new case since my old one was looking pretty beat up. The way they paid attention to the little things and took care of everything really blew me away, and now I'm even more loyal to this brand. It's not every day you come across such top-notch customer service, so I'll definitely be getting a new pair of prescription sunglasses from them soon.

    I was pretty disappointed with the online reservation experience I had with this parking service, eh. I went ahead and booked a spot through their website, but when I got to the parking facility, they dropped a bomb on me - turns out they have a rule about not accepting reservations made within an hour or two of arriving. So there I was, all confused when they couldn't find my reservation in their system. In the end, I had to cough up my credit card info right then and there, with the promise that they'd sort everything out after I returned based on my online booking. The whole process was a hassle, and it got me stressing about possibly paying double for parking, eh. It would have been a lot smoother if their online booking system lined up with the parking facility's policies to avoid giving customers like me a headache, you know?

    Eufy2c Cameras Purchase

    I purchased the Eufy2c cameras back in November 2023. Unfortunately, one of the cameras started to have an issue with picking up movement because the lens got foggy. I tried cleaning the lens, keeping it indoors, and repositioning it, but the problem kept happening. When I contacted customer service at Anker for help, the experience was really frustrating. Each advisor kept asking me to do the same troubleshooting steps and provide information like the invoice, serial number, and shipping address that I had already given multiple times. They were slow to respond to my emails, which didn't help. It took several exchanges before they offered to replace the camera with a different model, the Eufy2, which wasn't what I wanted. It took a few more emails before they finally agreed to exchange the camera with a similar one. Overall, the customer service was not good and it took way too long to sort out the issue.

    I bought a travel pack, backpack, laundry bag, and toiletry bag from this place. They looked pretty cool but gotta say, the quality isn't the greatest. On my first trip, the cocoon backpack protection ended up breaking, so now I can't trust it to keep my stuff dry anymore. And when I opened up the toiletry bag for the first time, the mirror was already shattered! What a letdown. I haven't even been able to use it properly yet. So yeah, I might just skip buying from this place again after this whole ordeal.

    I just went through the interview process with this company, and let me tell you, it was like a rollercoaster of emotions. At first, I was so excited when they reached out after the developer challenge, saying how impressed they were. But then, things went downhill real fast when they went silent after saying there would be more interviews. The lack of communication and professionalism from the HR person, "Ammie", was just so disappointing and honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth. It's really too bad that a company that seemed so promising would treat potential employees so poorly.

    Our Dubai city tour package was amazing. Our tour guide Hardeep was so reliable with getting us around, always on time and showed us the way throughout the tour. The next day, we got to discover the city with the super informative guide Sathis. Sathis gave us all the details about the city's landmarks, took the time to answer all our questions, and made the tour fun with his upbeat personality. All in all, we had a great time exploring Dubai with these guides.
