I had to return a MacBook stand because it wasn't right for me. The customer service was amazing - super friendly, helpful, and honest. Washing machine with a 4 year protection plan
I bought a washing machine from Best Buy not too long ago and got the 4-year protection plan as well. Everything was going smooth until the machine started acting up after a year. So, I tried to get it fixed through the repair service, but ran into a lot of problems. The automated system to begin the service request didn't work at all, and the chat support was no help either. The first person I talked to said they couldn't find my service plan, which was a lie, and the second person said I needed to contact the manufacturer because it was still under a 12-month warranty, which was also a lie. I had to guide them to where to find the contract ID on the receipt. After a bunch of tries and getting hung up on, I finally got in touch with a nice rep who found my contract number and updated the info. The whole process was so frustrating and took up a ton of time. I might have to think twice before buying anything else from Best Buy.

My experience with this online course subscription has been really disappointing, eh.
