Recent Suspension of Account
I've been using the service for a bit now because my car's been out of commission. Everything was fine until about a week ago when they unexpectedly suspended my account. I was told on the phone that I'd get an email to explain, but it's been 10 days and still nothing. I've tried contacting Customer Services a bunch of times to sort it out, but haven't heard back. It's frustrating because I need a car and using Uber is costing me way more than I can handle.
