It's pretty rare these days to come across a company that really cares about their customers' experiences and satisfaction, but Moroccanoil is definitely a cut above the rest. They actually listen to feedback and take action to make sure their customers are happy, which has earned my loyalty, eh.

Called in for help with seven office chairs, Lisa got in touch with engineer Tony. He did an awesome job fixing the chairs. I definitely recommend him for comfy chairs and excellent service.

Orthopedic dog bed
I bought my dog an orthopedic bed and it was super comfy, eh! But when I tried to wash it, it was a real pain to take apart and remove the stuffing. After washing it a few times, the material holding the stuffing got all messed up. I tried to buy new stuffing, but the company ended up sending me a whole new bed, even though I had it for 2 years! It was such a pleasant surprise, I definitely recommend them, eh.
