Purchased online workout attire
The service I got from this company was horrible. I ordered some workout clothes online and getting them delivered was a complete disaster. The delivery company they used kept delaying my package for four whole days, and they didn't even bother giving a real reason why. The customer service from both the delivery guys and the company itself was just terrible. Not only did the delivery service not help at all, but the company's support team took forever to answer me and asked me a bunch of pointless security questions instead of dealing with the problem. This whole thing has made me super irritated and disappointed with the way they handled everything.

Necklace purchase
Just bought a necklace from this store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was crazy fast. The necklace quality was even better than I expected, exactly like how they described it on the website. Even with everything being super busy, they still shipped my order out quick and I got it in a flash. Overall, a really great experience and I'll for sure be coming back as a customer.

$200 order, shipping error
This has to be the worst customer service and online ordering experience I've ever had, eh. I made a $200 order and somehow they shipped it to an address I haven't lived at in 8 years, can you believe it? I tried to let them know right away, but instead of fixing it and sending it to the right address, they told me to contact UPS. To make a long story short, my order ended up at someone else's place and now I can't even get a response from them. I definitely don't recommend ordering from these guys, eh.
