    Birthday bouquet mix-up

    I was really disappointed with my experience with the company. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece, but she ended up getting a sympathy bouquet instead, signed by people she didn't even know. The message I included could have been really awkward if it had been sent to a family that was grieving. When I called customer service, they already knew about the mix-up but didn't bother to contact me first. They offered me a $15 credit for a future order, but I just wanted a refund for the wrong order, which they didn't respond to. And on top of that, when I tried to give them feedback on their support, my ticket got closed without them even listening to me. All in all, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.

    Suit purchase for a formal event

    When I got the suit for the fancy event, I was bummed because it didn't fit right. I tried to get help but no one got back to me, and it took way too long. I thought I'd get better service and accuracy as a customer when buying something so important.

    Developing equipment and two lenses ordered

    I made the mistake of ordering some developing equipment and two lenses from this place, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. Everything had to be special ordered, and for one of the orders, I've been waiting for weeks. Now I gotta wait even longer for the two lenses. The whole process has been frustrating and taking up way too much of my time. I wish I never found this site. I'm for sure not gonna deal with them again.

    Booking 'Cicchetti Tour' in Venice

    This company is such a joke, eh? We booked a 'Cicchetti Tour' in Venice through them, you know, and turns out the tour was totally full for over a week before we even made our reservation. Like, how can they let customers book tours that aren't even available, right? It's just a total scam. We ended up losing out on £150, and we were left with no tour and no dinner reservation. Like, the customer service was so terrible, the local guide had no clue about our booking and had no solution to help us out. It's like this company is dishonest and just takes your money without even caring if the tours are actually available, you know? Steer clear of them at all costs.

    Year-long subscription gift

    So, I ended up getting my brother and his wife a year-long subscription as a gift. They're into hiking and camping, so I thought it would be a cool present. The gear they got in the subscription was okay, but nothing amazing. It was pretty pricey compared to other places, though. The real issue came up when they automatically renewed the subscription without letting me know. And they bumped up the price by a lot, too! I tried to contact the company to cancel and get a refund for the extra charges, but they were totally unprofessional and unhelpful. They didn't even bother responding to my emails! They just kept charging me for another year. It was super frustrating and just left me feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

    The videos are alright for the price, but they keep pausing, eh? It's so annoying, I tell ya. I've checked my internet and it's working fine everywhere else, except on this site. They gotta add more servers or somethin'. And some of the courses are just plain rubbish, ya know?

    Specific franchise, Funko pops, sold out items

    As a customer, it was really challenging for me to find Funko pops from the franchise I wanted. I was bummed out because a lot of the stuff I wanted was already sold out. It would have been way better if the sold-out button was a different color than the 'buy now' button, so it's easier for us to see what we can't get. Also, if they marked pre-order stuff with a different shade or label, it would have made it way easier to navigate the website. I think they could definitely make some improvements in terms of product availability and giving us visual cues.

    Christmas gift tickets

    I was kinda freaking out when I couldn't find the tickets for the Christmas present I got for my daughter. Luckily, this guy Christian from customer service was super patient and really helped me find them. He went out of his way to make sure we had our tickets before we even got to the venue. I was really impressed by how much he cared and how quickly he solved the problem. Because of him, we had a great time at the event without any more worries. I'm grateful for Christian's awesome customer service.

    Rug purchase for son's bedroom

    I ordered a beautiful rug for my son's bedroom from Kidly and I was so impressed with how quickly it arrived! It came the very next day, all wrapped up nicely and in perfect shape. It looks so nice in his room and really adds a stylish touch to the decor. I also checked out some toys on their website and they looked really fun for kids. Kidly has a great selection of items for little ones.

    Recent Taschen book purchase

    I bought a book at this store not too long ago. It's pretty good overall, but I did notice some little issues. There were some tears on some pages and ink smudges on a few pages, which kinda took away from how nice the book was. I paid a fair bit for it, so I was hoping for better quality and more attention to detail.
