    I just got a screen protector for my S24 ULTRA and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good it is. Verizon did a great job with the installation - smooth sailing all the way. And the lifetime warranty that came with it is a nice bonus. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and I can't wait to start using it.

    The screen protectors were highly recommended, so I decided to buy some from the website. However, when I tried to use a discount voucher for first-time buyers, the code didn't work. I reached out to live chat for help, and found out that the discount wasn't valid in the UK. They did apologize though, and gave me a £10 credit. Later on, I got an email asking me to rate my live chat experience, which I did positively. In return, they gave me a 20% voucher that also didn't work. The £10 credit wasn't applying to my purchase, which was frustrating. When I contacted customer service, the calls kept getting disconnected and they weren't helpful at all.

    Glass screen protector purchase

    I recently bought a glass screen protector for my phone from this company. I accidentally dropped my phone, and the screen protector did a great job of keeping my phone's screen safe. But when I contacted the company to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty, I was bummed out by the extra costs. Turns out the 'free' replacement wasn't really free, since I had to cover the postage and pay for an 'upgrade' because my original product was out of stock. It was disappointing to learn that the lifetime warranty wasn't as simple as it sounded, and the whole ordeal left me feeling deceived and unsatisfied. I'd advise others not to rely too much on this company's warranty promises.

    I bought this case that seemed super cool for my phone, but after just a few weeks, the finish started coming off! I paid $23 for the Denali and it was looking great at first, but now it's looking like trash. I looked at the images and descriptions again and it looks like all their cases have this issue. They must be aware that it's low quality, but they still keep selling it!

    Lifetime warranty screen cover replacement

    As a Zagg customer, I had a frustrating experience trying to get a replacement screen cover with my lifetime warranty. A few years back, I bought a screen cover with a lifetime warranty, but found out they no longer had it for my phone model. I emailed Zagg, and they responded quickly saying they would sign me up for a different screen cover. When I tried to order it, I was surprised to see a charge on it. I sent follow-up emails but got no response, so I had to call customer service. After waiting in the queue for 45 minutes and getting disconnected, I finally spoke to someone. I was disappointed to learn that the glass cover I wanted was no longer made, and they offered me a plastic one with an extra charge for delivery ranging from £8-£10. Feeling let down, I decided not to buy the plastic screen protector and will look for a cheaper option locally. It's sad to see that the warranty I paid for didn't give me the service and quality I expected from Zagg.

    I recently bought some screen protectors from this company and spent over $100. But man, my order never even shipped! It's been 4 months and I still don't have anything. So frustrating, right? So, I go ahead and order a replacement, cost me $10. It said it shipped, but it's been a whole month and I still don't have it. I've even sent a bunch of support requests, and no response. Seriously, the service from this company? Terrible. I am so not satisfied.

    Zagg Screen Protector Purchase

    I got a Zagg screen protector for my tablet at a store about a year and a half back. After hardly using it, the charging port on my tablet konked out and I couldn't charge it. I tried to contact Zagg for some help, but they only had internet support and the replies I got seemed super robotic. With no way to talk to a real person and the warranty only lasting a year, I had to switch to a different brand of screen protector. Even BestBuy couldn't do anything to fix the problem.

    I recently bought a screen protector for my phone from the local phone store, but it didn't work well. I contacted Zagg because they have a lifetime warranty, but dealing with them has been a letdown. It took months to get a replacement, and when I finally got it, it was not good quality and nothing like the original one. Their customer service wasn't great either - long waits and unhelpful responses. To top it off, they don't even have a replacement for my phone model anymore because it's not popular.     Replacement screen protector

    I bought a new screen protector to replace the ones that broke so fast, but then my account got deleted out of nowhere during a website update. So now I have to go through the whole process of signing up again and doing the warranty thing all over. And on top of that, I can't even find the receipt I need to re-register. It's just so sketchy and not cool at all. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. I can't believe that well-known stores sell these kinds of products.

    The screen protector I bought didn't really do the job in protecting my phone. So, I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement and they told me it would take three weeks to get here. On top of that, I was a bit bummed out to find out there was a $10 shipping fee for the "free" replacement, which seemed kinda steep for such a tiny thing. When I asked about faster delivery options, customer service wasn't very helpful and their responses didn't really satisfy me.
