Faulty watch replaced quickly
My Scan Watch started falling apart after 2 years, but Withings took care of it without any issue, eh. They covered the postage to send back the old one and sent me a brand new replacement swiftly, eh. The whole process was seamless and hassle-free, eh. Their customer service was top-notch, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue, eh. I appreciated being able to contact them directly via email, instead of dealing with confusing online forms, eh. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and thankful for their excellent service, eh.
Multiple purchases of scales, BP monitors, and sleep pads
The Withings products are really great when it comes to quality and how well they work. But, there are some big problems with connecting them and getting software updates. For example, setting up the scale to work with my home Wi-Fi took me a frustrating 4 hours to figure out. And don't even get me started on the Withings app - it's probably the worst one I've ever tried. Some parts of it don't update like they should, and having accurate historical data is super important if you want to track your progress.
Replacement bracelet for HR Pulse tracker
I recently needed a new bracelet for my HR Pulse tracker, but it was discontinued and sold out everywhere. I contacted Withings customer service and was so impressed with the help I got! The guy, Jean-Luc, really went out of his way to find me a replacement after doing some digging. He was great at keeping me updated and had awesome communication skills, whether we were chatting online or talking on the phone. I'm very grateful for Withings' dedication to sorting out my problem.
Easy-to-use blood pressure monitor
The blood pressure monitor from this company is great, eh? It gives me accurate data on my blood pressure levels. It's super easy to use and convenient for keeping an eye on my health at home. My unit did break down out of the blue, but the customer support team was on it and got it replaced quickly. I'd totally recommend this product to anyone wanting to keep tabs on their blood pressure.

Eh, so I picked up this amazing hybrid smartwatch, and let me tell you, it's top-notch! The delivery was crazy fast, and the packaging looked sleek and minimal. Setting up the watch was a bit tricky with the extra security, but hey, better safe than sorry, eh? Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase, eh!
ScanWatch 2 purchase
My old watch was great for over three years, but then the side button had a problem. Customer service was really quick and helpful when I reached out. Since my old watch was out of warranty and couldn't be fixed, they gave me a good deal on a new one. I just got my new ScanWatch 2 and it's even better than the old one. Really happy with the product and the great customer service.
