Quick shipping, quality clothing
I was so impressed with how quickly my order arrived, especially since I live out in the west in the U.S. The clothes I got were top-notch quality, made from really comfy and durable material. They looked just like the pictures on the website and the size guide was bang on. Even though I had heard some worries about the size options, I found that a medium top fit me perfectly, even with my 32F bra size. The only hiccup I had was figuring out the bra with its twist in the front and strappy back, but once I got it on, it felt supportive and fit great. I would recommend checking out influencers or reviews from folks with similar sizes to make sure you get the right fit for you. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and definitely will be coming back for more.
Jacket, wrong size, customer service
I ordered this jacket online and ended up with the wrong size by mistake. I was totally freaked out, thought I was gonna be stuck with it. But I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me real fast, saying they sorted out the sizing for me. I was so relieved! Everything went super smoothly. Shoutout to White Fox for coming through!
Damaged hoodie return
Even though I got a messed up hoodie, I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. They were super helpful and made the return process a breeze. The hoodies themselves are amazing quality, so I actually bought two more for myself. They're so versatile, great for any season, whether it's winter or summer.
Shirt and hoodie
I went and got myself a shirt and a hoodie, but I made a mistake and got a size too small. Luckily, they were on the ball with their emails and got back to me in no time! It was easy to communicate with them. Plus, my package arrived really quickly, so I was pretty impressed with that.
Active wear and bikinis
I accidentally ordered two of the same top, but the folks at White Fox were quick to respond. I typically go for more upscale clothing, but White Fox delivers quality without breaking the bank. Their activewear and bikinis are my faves!

The service I got was pretty good, eh? They made sure to cover all the bases and focus on me, which was nice. But I gotta admit, it took a while for them to get back to me when I had a question. I was bummed 'cause I had this discount code from the last time I ordered, and couldn't use it. So, while I was waiting to hear back, I just went ahead and made my purchase anyways. Can't be waiting forever, you know? The live chat option was cool, but I wished they could've given me an answer faster. Shoutout to Melissa for being so nice in her email response. Thanks, eh!
Bikini purchase
Honestly, this place is way too expensive for what you get. I purchased a bikini and the quality was just okay, nothing really worth mentioning. The stitching was pretty sloppy too. I was definitely hoping for better considering how much I spent.
