Replacement insole for New Balance
I've been using this one type of insole from a popular brand for a few years now to help my feet stay comfy while I golf four times a week. But, the brand decided to stop making them, and I was kind of stuck. So, I got in touch with The Insole Store for some help, and their customer service person got back to me right away with a good replacement suggestion. They've already sent out the insole, and I can't wait for it to get here. Plus, the free shipping was a nice touch. The Insole Store gave me such great service that I feel really relieved and happy.
Correct Insole selection
I bought some insoles from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was. Kimberly was awesome in helping me choose the right insole to take care of all my foot issues. Ordering was easy peasy and I liked that there was free shipping, especially with it being sent out through Priority Mail. All in all, my experience with this company and their products was top-notch.
My awesome customer service experience
I just wanna say how impressed I am with my awesome customer service experience. So, like, I made a mistake and put the wrong address for my order. But when I told them, they were super quick to reply and said they'd send a new order to the right address. How cool is that? I totally LOVE when companies are all about finding solutions! Insoles for military grandson
These insoles have been a real lifesaver for my grandson in the military who works with radars. They give him the comfort and support he needs during those long hours on duty. This is my 9th time buying them and I'll keep getting them as long as he needs them. Thank you for making such a great product, it really helps out our troops.
Insoles finally found
I found these insoles I really needed at this store because two other places canceled my orders since they ran out of them. But this store had them in stock and I was so happy! The shipment came in perfect condition too, so yay!
Insoles for my daughter
As a parent, I had trouble finding the right insoles for my daughter's foot problem at regular stores. I searched online and found The Insole Store, so I decided to give their products a shot. It's been about 5 years now since I started buying insoles from them, and I've been really happy with how well they work. Because of these insoles, my daughter doesn't need surgery to fix her foot issue anymore, and she won't wear shoes without them. I just ordered my second pair of insoles from this place and I am so pleased with how quickly everything is moving! They sent me an email as soon as they received my order and then a few hours later, bam, another email informing me that my order was already on its way. The customer service here is absolutely fantastic!
3/4 insoles for arch pain relief
I just bought some 3/4 insoles to help with the pain in my arch and heel. I don't know what caused it, but these insoles have been amazing. They fit perfectly in my Mary Jane shoes and give me the support and comfort I need. I picked them because I have slippers from the same brand that are orthopedic and have made a big difference for my feet.
2 special insoles
