    Tablet firmware issue

    The firmware for my tablet is only accessible to folks in China, so us in Europe are left in the dark when it comes to updating our devices. I tried contacting TekniSTORE for help in getting the firmware for my PIPO W12 tablet, but they weren't able to assist. It's frustrating and unfair for us customers outside of China. It feels like a punch in the gut to be denied access to crucial updates.

    Refund request for undelivered item

    This company is seriously a joke, eh. I've been trying to get my money back for something I never got, and all they do is give me more tracking numbers. It's like they're messing around with me, playing games or something. I should've read the reviews before buying from them, 'cause turns out this is a common problem. It's annoying to pay in one currency and then find out the item's coming, or not coming, from a whole different country.

    Digital microscope purchase

    I recently bought a digital microscope from your store and when it got here, the screen was damaged. I contacted customer service right away and sent them pictures of the screen. They quickly offered me a replacement screen, which I accepted. They kept me updated the whole time and soon I got a tracking number. When the replacement screen arrived a few days later, it came with everything I needed for the replacement process - bezel and switch panel included. It was easy to replace - just had to remove 6 screws and 2 ribbon cables, put it back together, and it was good as new. While I wish the product had been perfect from the start, I have to say I'm impressed with how well your team handled the issue. Big shoutout to Lena and Ada from customer service for sorting it out so quickly.

    Smartwatch order cancellation

    I just bought a smartwatch from this store and was bummed when I got a text saying the model I wanted was no longer available within 48 hours. But, they actually gave me a full refund super quick - in only 4 days. The customer service was top-notch, with speedy replies and handling of the situation. The prices were good too, with some sweet discounts up for grabs. In general, my time at this store was way better than other big online shops like AliExpress or Amazon. I'd totally suggest this store to anyone looking for good service and solid products.

    My experience with TekniSTORE was really disappointing, eh. I ordered a laptop and they told me there would be a big delay in delivering it, so I tried to get in touch with customer support. But, no matter how many times I reached out, I didn't hear back from them or get any problems solved. Honestly, I'd suggest to others to steer clear of this company because my experience was just awful, you know.

    I bought some wall stickers for my house from this store not too long ago.     Walking pad purchase

    I bought a walking pad before the lockdown started in March and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered or get a refund, like two months later, eh. The customer service keeps giving me weird English responses, asking me to be patient but not giving me any solutions. I bought the walking pad to use during Covid, so this delay is not cool, you know? I wouldn't recommend this company at all, unless you're cool with dealing with stuff not being delivered and not getting your money back.

    I ordered something from them over a month ago and it was supposed to come super quick, but it was a scam, eh? Don't buy from them, buddy. Can't trust those good reviews, they're probably fake.     Incorrect colour received

    My recent experience with this online store was a real letdown. I ordered a Gold item, but when my package arrived, I was totally surprised to see a Pink one instead. I quickly reached out to customer service, sending them photos of the wrong color item and a copy of my Gold order. Despite all the evidence, they insisted they'd sent the right item, even claiming the manufacturer said Pink was somehow Gold. This complete lack of care for customers and truth is just not ok. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to resolve the problem. I definitely don't recommend this online store - steer clear, folks!

    Cool headphones

    I got these really awesome headphones from that store back in April and they're still not here! I was so pumped to have them, but now I'm just let down. The customer service was brutal, I wouldn't tell anybody to shop there. They didn't keep me in the loop at all about my order, just sent an email saying it was shipped.

    I got this camera from TekniSTORE and let me tell you, it was a total rip-off! Can you believe it? The usb port is completely the wrong color! I even reached out to the actual manufacturer and they said yup, it's a fake. I told TekniSTORE about it, but they're refusing to give me a refund. And those negative reviews? They're just trying to hide the truth! I can't believe they would pull a stunt like this!

    Microscope camera

    I recently got myself a microscope camera from this store, thinking it would make my microscopy adventures even better. But the whole thing turned out to be a real flop. First off, I couldn't update the firmware because the chip they needed was no longer being made. After I tried to get my money back from TekniSTORE so I could get a better camera somewhere else, they flat out said no. On top of that, they said I'd get a plug for Europe but ended up getting a plug from China instead. I had to buy an adapter to make it work. And to make matters worse, it took a whole month for the camera to even get to me. Turns out, TekniSTORE doesn't actually keep stuff in stock, they're just a middleman. This means we're stuck trying to hunt down stuff from the manufacturer ourselves. Dealing with TekniSTORE was beyond frustrating and disappointing - I recommend avoiding that site at all costs.

    Don't trust that company, eh. I waited for 3 weeks for a product that they said was in stock, only to find out it wasn't actually available. No one even bothered to let me know, I had to reach out to them. I asked for something else instead but the communication was lousy and they didn't do anything to fix the problem, eh. They have my money but I don't have the product. Check out other places for electronics, eh.

    Gas mask purchase

    My experience with ordering a gas mask from this store was pretty disappointing, eh. I shelled out extra for the speedy shipping, thinking I'd get it in 5-8 days, but it ended up taking a whopping 2 months for it to finally show up. And when it did, the gas mask was missing a vital filter, so it was basically useless. I reached out to customer service, but it took another month for them to actually send me the darn filter. And when I asked for a refund on that rush shipping I never got, my questions were straight up ignored. Can you believe that, eh?
