Faulty camera unit replacement
I had to deal with a busted camera that needed fixing, and lemme tell ya, it was a total nightmare. It was just after the warranty expired, but Swann still replaced it for me. But the trouble came when I tried to reconnect to see the camera on my phone. It was a real pain trying to figure it out, but eventually, I got it up and running again. Gotta say, Swann's customer service team was top-notch. They were super helpful, knew their stuff, and surprisingly nice.
Swann app
I just downloaded the new app and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with how it works compared to the old one. The Swann app displays activity in a more detailed way, which makes it so much easier for me to keep an eye on things. I did have some trouble at first getting the app to work right, but I called for help and they sorted it out quickly. I'm happy with how smoothly the app is running now and how it keeps track of all the activity.
NVR system cameras with great clarity day and night vision
Before I bought the NVR system cameras, I did a bunch of research on the company's customer service and how quick they are at getting back to you, plus if you can actually talk to a real person on the phone. This company was super quick to respond, unlike others who only have email support. Having good customer service like this is super important when you need help.
Remote home monitoring system
I bought this home monitoring system from the company and it's so handy to use! My husband, who's 75 and not great with tech stuff, has been able to use it easily on his phone to keep an eye on things while we're out. The setup was really simple and the system works great. It gives us peace of mind to be able to check in on our home whenever we want.
Security camera system purchase
I just picked up this new security camera system to replace my old ones from a different company. I haven't set it up yet, but when I did a test run, I was blown away by how clear and sharp the picture was. Can't wait to get it all installed and see how it works live. I'll give you all an update once I've had more time to test it out.
Purchased security camera system
I got the security camera system, but the app is full of bugs. It's really annoying when I can't view clips on one device even though they show up fine on another. The user interface is not the best, making me have to manually close out every time I delete a clip. The system settings are all over the place, with the back button randomly saying "discard" and taking forever to load. The motion detection works well, but the problems with the mobile app are a big problem.
Reliable system with great features
I just bought this awesome system from your store and it's been working like a charm. It hasn't given me any problems and the features are so reliable - they always do exactly what they're supposed to do. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can count on it. I really like the quality of the product and I'm happy with my purchase.
