Sonic brush replacement
I had a little problem with my sonic brush from this company - it stopped working after just 3 months. But I gotta give credit to their amazing customer service. I shot them an email about the issue, and within an hour, they got back to me and said they'd send me a new brush. The next day, the replacement showed up and I was back to using it hassle-free. I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly they dealt with my problem. Their customer service is top-notch, no complaints at all.
Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush
I just got the Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush and so far, I'm pretty happy with how well it works. My teeth feel super clean after using it compared to a regular toothbrush. But, I did run into a problem where the brush head got stuck. I had a tough time taking it off and ended up messing up the rotating motor. I learned my lesson though - gotta rinse the head well after every use to avoid that happening again. Even with this hiccup, I'm optimistic that I can get it fixed and keep enjoying the benefits of this toothbrush.
Customer service response time
I texted customer service on WhatsApp about a broken product and they got back to me super quick. The agent who helped me was really useful and didn't waste any time offering to send me a replacement. I was impressed by how fast they handled the situation and made sure I was taken care of. I just want to say, I'm really happy with the stuff I got from this company. Oh my goodness, I decided to try out this awesome new whitening kit because I was tired of my teeth looking all yellow and making me feel awkward. Sonic toothbrush malfunction
My electric toothbrush acted up when I got back from my vacation. I was bummed out that it stopped working, but when I contacted customer service by email, I was really impressed by how fast they got back to me. A lady named Jessica took care of my problem and was super helpful. She even answered my emails after work hours and didn't stop until everything was fixed. I'm happy with the help I got and grateful for Jessica's hard work to make sure I was satisfied.
