Rebate-approved product
I bought this product that was supposed to come with a rebate. They told me to wait for a cheque, but I never got anything from them. This was two years ago and I haven't heard back from them at all. It's frustrating to be ignored like this, especially from a company that I trusted enough to buy their product.
Quick Shipping Disappointment
This company, eh, wow, let me tell ya, the customer service was just terrible. I put in an order on a Monday, thinking I'd get my stuff before Black Friday, but nope, delivery date is scheduled for the following Tuesday, a whole week later. To top it off, the item I bought went on sale for 20% off the day after I bought it. If I had known it would take that long to ship, I would've waited for the discount. Not cool, eh? The lack of communication and delayed responses from their customer service team just made things worse. I totally regret ordering from this company and won't do it again. Gonna have to really inspect that item when it finally comes, maybe even do a chargeback if it's not good. Better check out their return policy too, seems like it could be a headache. Sucks that I might have to give this item as a gift, I don't really wanna support a company that gave me such a bad time, you know?
