Water bottle and cooler purchase
Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore my new water bottle and cooler from this place! They work wonders at keeping my drinks and snacks nice and chilly while I'm camping or hanging out at the beach. Not to mention, they're super stylish with their sleek design and awesome colours. I feel like a total cool cat when I'm rocking them. The water bottle is so convenient to tote around and it doesn't leak a drop, which is amazing. And the cooler is just the right size to fit all my goodies for a day trip. I totally suggest these goodies to all my pals!
Insulated cooler and drinkware set
I just bought this really cool insulated cooler and drinkware set from RTIC and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how awesome these products are. The cooler keeps my drinks cold for hours, even in the scorching hot sun we get in Canada during the summer. And the drinkware is amazing too, keeping my drinks at just the right temperature for way longer than other cups I've used. The quality of both items is great, and I feel like they're gonna last through all my outdoor adventures. Happy camper over here!
Large soft cooler bag
Hey there! So I bought this big soft cooler bag from your company, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good quality and durable it is. The material is really strong and keeps my stuff cold for a long time. It's just the right size for all my drinks and snacks when I'm out in the wild. The zippers are tough and the shoulder strap makes it so easy to carry around. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally suggest this product to anyone else.
Cooler and drinkware purchase
I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality of the products I got from this company. Cooler and Tumbler Set
I was so pumped to get my cooler and tumbler set from this company. The stuff looked awesome on the website and I had heard great things about how tough and well they work. But when my order arrived, I was let down to see that the cooler had a dent in it and the tumbler was missing its lid. I contacted customer service and they said they were out of stock of the tumbler lid and couldn't send a replacement. I was annoyed that I didn't get what I paid for and they didn't offer a way to fix it.
Online order trouble
I've been trying to put in an online order for a whole week now, but I keep running into problem after problem. Every time I think it's fixed, I come back the next day and it's the same issue all over again. So frustrating! I finally got fed up and decided to call customer service for help. I tried everything they suggested, and even followed the advice from their IT department - restarting my modem, laptop, deleting cookies & data, switching browsers, not using promo codes, and separating my order from the personalized kids water bottle. But no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get past that last step to finish my order.
Soft cooler
Oh my goodness, I got this super awesome soft cooler and it's seriously the greatest thing ever! It's perfect for keeping my drinks cold when I'm chilling with my buddies at the park or beach. The material is really strong and it's super easy to lug around. And the best part is, it's way more affordable than other brands but still works just as well.
Cooler and insulated drinkware
I am so happy with the cooler and insulated cups I got from RTIC. They are really good quality and can handle being outside. My drinks stay cold in the cooler for a long time, even when it's hot out, and the cups keep my drinks at the right temperature. I definitely suggest RTIC products to anyone looking for good outdoor gear that won't break the bank.
72 lids
I recently bought 72 lids from the website, and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked at how fast they arrived - only took 4 days! The service from the company was amazing, and the packaging was top quality. Overall, it was a really awesome experience, and I'll for sure be ordering from them again.
Water bottle and cooler
I just picked up this really awesome water bottle and a great cooler from this store, and I gotta say, they're both amazing! The water bottle keeps my drink nice and cold all day, and the cooler is perfect for my outdoor trips. And to top it off, they come in some really cool colours!
Repeatedly ordered 100 pieces
Let me tell ya, I've ordered 100 pieces a bunch of times, and you know what? I never got the whole order! Every time, I'm missing a few pieces, and when I tried to get help, they just wouldn't own up to their mistake. So frustrating, I tell ya.
White coolers from liquidators
Eh, so I got these coolers from a store that was clearing out some extra stock. They ended up sending me the wrong color, and when I tried to get it fixed, they didn't help at all. It's pretty disappointing. I even left a negative review over it. Oh well, I can still find the right color for a better deal elsewhere. Not impressed, eh.
