Fertility monitor purchase
I just bought a fertility monitor and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how it looks and works. It's got a really nice design that's cute and simple to use. It accurately tracks my fertility levels and gives me some helpful info. The only small problem I had was with the Bluetooth connection, sometimes it took a little longer to connect. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase and excited to keep using it and getting updates.
Fertility tracking tool
This fertility tracking tool has been amazing for me. I tried a bunch of other stuff that didn't work, but this one is the real deal. It's so easy to use and super accurate, which makes keeping track of my fertility a breeze. Plus, the customer service is fantastic. They were really quick to help me out and answer any questions I had. I definitely suggest checking out this tool if you're looking for an easy way to track your fertility.
Fertility testing device
This product is so frustrating! I've tried it a bunch of times and most of the time, I just get error messages. It's been such a hassle and waste of time. I've had to switch to a different brand of ovulation tests because I can't trust this one at all.
Faulty wands
I ended up getting 2 boxes of these wands that were gonna expire soon! When I reached out to customer service about the ones that didn't work, they weren't very helpful. The instructions were simple enough, but the wands just kept giving me errors. It seems like they only care about making money with all those extra add-ons on the app. Total waste of money, I'm going back to my old tracker.
Ovulation and fertility tracking device
I just bought a device to track my ovulation and fertility, but I had a really bad experience with their service. The website was super hard to use, kept giving me errors when I tried to register the product. It was so annoying there was no phone number to call for help, I had to wait forever for email responses. I couldn't even register the device properly, so now I can't use it when I need to. It's basically useless. Now I’m waiting to hear back about getting a refund for this faulty product.
Early ovulation prediction, rewards system issues
I bought this product thinking it would help me predict ovulation better, but it turned out to be too soon in my cycle to get accurate results. The rewards program was also disappointing because I was never able to use my points for anything.
Peace of mind during IVF
I bought this device to track my ovulation, but it ended up stressing me out because it kept giving me inaccurate readings. I tried all the test wands and followed the instructions to a T, but it still wasn't working right. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they were completely unhelpful. Total waste of money!
Shower replacement
The new shower I got is doing great for me, and I'm happy with how it's working. But, trying to register the warranty has been a real pain. The third-party company dealing with warranty stuff seems more focused on trying to sell me extra coverage for accidental damage than just helping me out with the warranty. They even mentioned a big fee if their engineer decides the problem isn't covered. The code they gave me for the warranty confirmation was basically just my name and address. It seems kind of shady, pretending to be from the company when they're really just out to make money.
Expensive and Faulty Fertility Device
I'm really upset with the product I bought. The wands expire way too fast, even before the date on the box. And to top it off, the device won't even work with expired wands! Such a waste of money. Not to mention, the device is faulty and can't be trusted. I wish I never bought it and definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Mira product with wands
I bought a Mira product and some wands back in March. But I was let down when I found out the wands expired in August, even though the company said they'd last a whole year. When I tried using them after the expiry date, they didn't work at all, so I had to toss the whole pack. Seems like a scam to me.
Stick tests
I gave those stick tests a shot and man, were they ever wrong! I even did blood tests at the same time to double-check, and the sticks were completely off. They said I had an LH surge 5 days before I actually did! Such a waste of money. I tried to get a refund, but they just kept giving me the same response every time. Save your cash and don't bother with these!
Late delivery, poor communication
I ordered a product on December 31st and I still haven't got it. The website said 3-7 days delivery but that's clearly not real. I've sent many emails and only got one useless reply. The customer service is really bad, especially for such an expensive product. I wish I had checked reviews before buying it.
Ongoing frustration
Just like a lot of other folks, I placed my order a few weeks back and still haven't got it. Even though customer service promised a bunch of times, my package hasn't arrived yet. They don't even bother replying to my emails now. The whole pre-ordering and ordering thing is confusing and has left me feeling let down. I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legit, especially since I spent so much on their product.
