Denim purchase for casual wear.
I went to the store and found some really nice denim pieces for my everyday outfits. The staff were so friendly and helpful, but not pushy at all. The person who helped me really knew their stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. It was a great shopping trip overall!
Three pairs of jeans
I just bought three pairs of jeans online and I gotta say, I was so impressed with how quickly they came. My stuff got here right on schedule with no problems. I'm one happy customer and I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.
Good quality products, expensive, helpful staff
I just bought a pair of jeans at the store and let me tell you, they are top-notch quality. Yeah, they were a bit pricey, but totally worth it. The staff at the NY store were so friendly and knew their stuff, which made shopping there a breeze.
Overpriced customs fees
I recently bought something from this store and was really surprised when I found out I had to pay an extra 125€ in customs fees for my order to come to France. On top of that, the sizes of the items were wrong which made me want to send them back. But when I tried to return them, they told me I would have to pay another 125€ in customs fees just to send them back. It was a frustrating and expensive situation. And to make things worse, the customer service team was not helpful at all and wouldn't give me any compensation or solution. I would definitely recommend avoiding ordering from this store.
Tried to order jeans
I was trying to buy some cool pants here but my card got declined, then the bank called and approved it? So confusing 🤔
Incorrect order received
The customer service at this store is just awful. I ordered over $500 worth of stuff and got someone else's order instead. It took them ages to reply when I emailed them about it. They wanted photos of the wrong items, so I sent them right away. But then they didn't get back to me. I had to keep emailing them before they finally responded after 2 days. They told me to print a label and talk to DHL to send the items back.
Overpriced international shipping
What a rip-off! I just bought something and got slammed with crazy customs fees and duties when it was delivered. Ksubi didn't mention anything about that when I was buying online. I feel totally ripped off and tricked as a customer.
Online purchase experience
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service I got when I bought something online recently. I asked to exchange for a different size, but they ended up sending me the wrong item instead of just giving me the size I needed. It was a total waste of time for me and for them. It's just crazy to me that they'd spend more money on shipping the wrong thing back and forth instead of just making it simple and sending the right size. I wouldn't suggest buying from their website, you can find their stuff for better prices in boutiques.
My new jeans
I ordered these really nice jeans online and they were great, but then I had to pay extra money for taxes and stuff which was definitely not fun! They really should have mentioned that before I made the purchase. And now if I have to return them, I'll probably have to shell out even more fees. Not cool at all, eh!
Black jeans
I was so bummed about my new black jeans. At first, they seemed like really good quality. But after only six months, I noticed two spots by the zipper where they had started to fray. I had paid a lot for them, so this was a major letdown. I really liked how they looked and fit, but the low quality has left me feeling pretty annoyed and wishing I hadn't bought them.
Recent online purchase
I just made an online purchase and it turns out the products weren't actually shipping from a local company like I assumed. There wasn't much info on where the products were coming from, so I ended up getting hit with unexpected import duties and taxes from the shipping company, mainly DHL. It's good to know about these extra costs that might not be mentioned clearly when you're buying stuff.
Overpriced Duty charges
I can't believe how bold this brand is. They don't even mention the crazy duty charges when you're about to pay, and then they just expect us to pay up without a heads up. It's so frustrating and sneaky. I'm done supporting this brand and I'm going to tell everyone to stay away. Watch out for those hidden fees and surprise costs - you can't trust KSUBI.
Poor quality clothing
I bought some stuff from that store not too long ago and man, I was so let down by the quality. The stuff practically fell apart after just a little bit of wear. The tracksuit I got had pieces that were different colours and the printing started flaking off within a year. Save your money and don't bother with this brand - it's a waste.
$200 gift card
I recently bought a $200 gift card from the website, but it's been almost ten days and I still haven't got it. At first, I got emails saying they were looking into it, but for the last five days, they've been ignoring my messages. I asked for a refund now, but no response. It's frustrating and disappointing to deal with this kind of poor communication and service. I don't know what to do next to fix this quickly.
