Authenticity and perfect condition
My experience with KICKSCREW has been absolutely amazing, eh. I've bought a few things from them and each time, my stuff showed up in great shape within a week or two, you know. It's pretty crazy that I got my order all the way from Japan to Canada so quickly, eh. The stuff they sell is definitely legit, and even the packaging is top-notch. KICKSCREW is now my go-to spot for all things sneakers, and I'm not gonna bother checking out other places. They've got such a huge selection of kicks that I still wanna get, so I'm pretty confident that all my future buys will be from KICKSCREW, eh.
Women's dunks selection
As a repeat customer at KicksCrew, I gotta say, their collection of women's dunks is just the best. I just scooped up a pair of pink and green dunks that are intentionally mismatched, and every time I rock them, people are always giving me props. The customer service at this place is amazing. I contacted them with some concerns about the shoes I got for my son, as they were hurting his feet. And even after I bought the shoes, they kept on giving me great support. I was super impressed with their customer service and will definitely be coming back again.
Sneakers in size 14.5
I just bought some size 14.5 sneakers from this site. At first, everything was fine, and the sneakers came quickly. But when I tried them on, I found out I actually needed a size 15. So, I reached out to customer service to see about getting an exchange or refund. How smoothly and quickly they handle this will really affect how happy I am with the whole shopping experience.
High shipping cost
I just bought something online and when I saw how much the shipping cost was at checkout, I was pretty surprised. They didn't tell me beforehand and if I had known, I might not have bought it. The item itself is good, but they really need to be upfront about the costs at checkout.
Delayed shipping but good communication
