Tuxedo purchase for wedding
Shane and the tailor at this store were amazing! I bought a tuxedo for a wedding in Miami, but the pants were a bit too tight. I decided to wear them as they were for the wedding and then get them tailored by this store later. When I showed up the day before the wedding, Shane assured me that they would take care of the alterations right then and there so I could be ready for the big day. This level of dedication and customer service is exactly what you hope for when shopping at a store. In addition to Shane, Cody was also really helpful in coordinating my appointments. These employees truly represent the brand and provide exceptional service. Huge thanks to Shane, Cody, and the tailor for their outstanding work!
Fitted suit purchase
My first time at the store was amazing. The staff, especially Tovi and Enid, were so helpful and knew their stuff. Tovi did a great job helping me pick the perfect suit for my new job. I was surprised I could even choose a custom lining for the suits, adding a personal touch. When I got the suits, they fit good but I wanted a few changes. Enid really went above and beyond to make them just right, and the fact that the alterations were free was a nice surprise. Overall, going to the store was a really good experience and I'm super happy with what I bought.

As a first-time customer, I was so impressed with the amazing service I got when getting my custom suit. The guy helping me knew his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. He explained everything, from picking the fabric to choosing the style options, in a way that made sense. Ordering was easy peasy and I felt good about my choices because of his help. Oh my gosh, I went to get a custom suit and it was amazing! The guy Rob was seriously the nicest person ever and he answered all my questions with a smile. He told me everything about my suit and made me feel really comfortable. And then there was Jasmine, who was super helpful at my final look appointment. She didn't mind all my questions and gave me the best advice. These people really care about making you feel fantastic.

He was a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing with measurements and advice. He made the whole experience special and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Tailoring service experience
I went to the Madison Ave spot to get some tailoring done and Sky, the tailor, really helped me out with my shirts and suits. He knew his stuff and got everything done quickly. Overall, it was a good experience with the tailoring service.
