    I just bought some sweatpants and hoodies online and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The customer service was awful - I felt like I was going in circles and my messages weren't even being read right. And to make matters worse, the website and app kept glitching, making it a pain to even buy anything. Honestly, it felt like a total joke and I don't know how they're still in business.

    Let me tell you, what were they thinking? I used to love shopping at this store as a loyal customer, always having a great experience. But their recent online marketing strategy? It completely turned me off. I mean, guys modeling women's clothes? Come on! I want to see how it looks on me, not some dude! It just doesn't make sense and I can't relate to it at all. As a woman who actually wants to see how the clothes will fit and look on me, using male models is not helping. So, Express has lost me as a customer. Goodbye, Express. You seriously need to fix this marketing mess and start targeting your audience - women!

    What a complete waste of time and money, eh! Their customer service is just a joke, I tell ya. I spent forever on live chat and got absolutely nowhere. Their website and app are a total disaster, always glitching out. They say they give account credits, but good luck actually getting them, eh. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's like a big ol' mystery, no transparency at all. And let's not forget about the clothes, eh? Such poor quality, it's a shame.     The clothes at this store haven't been as good as they used to be. They used to be really nice and stylish, but now they're not made well and the designs are not great. It's kind of sad to see how much the quality and style of the clothes has gone down. The prices are high, and I don't think it's worth it anymore. I don't shop here anymore because of that.

Waited weeks, no updates or tracking info, had to get my bank involved to get my money back. These scammers are the worst, taking advantage of people just trying to buy something. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from this shady website.

    I can't believe how much I spent on this product and how terrible the quality was. Total waste of money - no packaging, no instructions, and it didn't even work. My husband tossed it out as soon as he laid eyes on it. I'm too embarrassed to admit how much I shelled out for that.

    Free shipping order with hidden international processing fee

    Watch out for sneaky hidden charges, eh? Express tried to slide in an 82-dollar processing fee on my so-called "free shipping" order, ay! Not cool at all, I tell ya. My first order in August went off without a hitch, but when I went to place a second one, I caught that extra charge. It's sly and definitely not what I was expecting, y'know? If I hadn't been on the ball, I woulda ended up shelling out way more cash than I planned. Come on now, Express, this ain't a good look. Folks should be able to trust they won't get hit with surprises fees when they order from yer site, eh.

    I just bought some fancy jewelry pieces as gifts for the winter, but boy was I let down by the quality. The earrings I got broke after just a couple wears. And another pair broke as soon as they came out of the gift bag. So fragile and cheap, especially for what I paid. From now on, I'll just stick with my tried and true gold and silver jeweler for any future buys.

    Address change issue

    I ordered some clothes online and then realized I needed to change the shipping address. When I called, they told me it was too late to make the change. Can you believe that? The order hadn't even been processed! And to top it off, I didn't even get a refund! Now I'm out $80! What a rip-off! I've been shopping here forever, but I'm so done with this place now.

    I just bought 4 things from the online store recently. Excited at first, but had to return 3 of them. The company's International returns policy was pretty disappointing, especially for us Canadians. No shipping labels for returns, just drop off at Landmark Global and hope for the best. Super frustrating! Past bad experiences with U.S. online shops and their return policies, now definitely sticking to Amazon. Express needs to listen to their customer reviews, they show a lot of unhappy customers.
