    I recently bought three beaded bracelets from this store, thinking they'd fancy up my accessory game. But man, was I let down by the quality. All three bracelets broke in no time, and when I asked about getting them fixed, I couldn't believe how much they wanted to charge me for just one. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff didn't seem to care at all about my concerns. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

    Gold bracelet

    I bought a gold bracelet from this store as a special treat for myself. But, after only wearing it a few times, the bracelet fell apart completely. When I took it back to the store, they said it was well-loved and wouldn't fix it. I was so disappointed and frustrated with their lack of customer service and accountability. So, I won't be going back to that store again.

    My mom got this huge ring ages ago, ya know? But now it's all cloudy, I think it had a topaz stone. So she sent it to another place to get it fixed, but they said she had to pay. Isn't that rude? Then she contacted the folks she bought it from, and they made her wait forever. All they offered was free shipping as an apology. She's super mad and doesn't wanna shop there anymore, totally unfair!

    My pendant tag from this brand started wearing out, which was pretty disappointing since this brand is supposed to be all about quality and high prices. I reached out to customer service and finally heard back from a rep named Claudia, but it took a while. I gave her info about my purchase in the UK, but I couldn't find the receipt from a year and a half ago. Even without the receipt, I was hoping for better service, especially given how much I paid for the item. It's been over 2 weeks since I first got in touch, and I still haven't gotten a response that really solves the issue.

    So I've had these bracelets from Gerry David Yurman for a while now, and let me tell you, they're just terrible! My wife gave me one and it fell apart really quickly, total waste of money. She had to send it back twice for fixes and it still didn't work. Then she got me another one last Christmas and it broke in a week! So annoying. I brought them back to the store and they were not very helpful, like they didn't even have a replacement available. And they wanted to send the other one back for fixes AGAIN! Such a hassle. I don't understand why anyone would even bother buying this garbage, spend your money on something better.

    Stunning jewelry pieces

    The jewelry at this store is absolutely amazing! I was so impressed by the beautiful and elegant designs. The couple who owns the business really have a talent for creating timeless pieces that are stylish and sophisticated. I visited their store in SoHo, NYC, and I was blown away by everything. I really hope to add some of their pieces to my own jewelry collection soon, Insha Allah.

    Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a heads up about this place. Don't be fooled by their fancy image, it's all just a facade. I bought a gold necklace there thinking I was treating myself to something nice, but man, I was way off. The quality is terrible, the clasp feels like it's gonna break any second. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else for jewelry. And don't even get me started on customer service, good luck finding someone who actually cares about your experience. As a watch collector, I value authenticity and quality, but David Yurman falls short in both areas. Honestly, you're better off buying a fake from eBay than their so-called genuine pieces. It's disappointing that they can get away with selling low-grade products at such high prices. Trust me, do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam.

    Blue topaz bracelet repair

    My blue topaz bracelet was my favorite, I wore it every single day! Then one day, out of nowhere, it broke. I brought it back to the store where my husband bought it, thinking it would be an easy fix. But they told me it would cost $110 to repair. I agreed, but after waiting for two weeks, they said it would actually be $350! I was so surprised. I decided not to go ahead with the repair because I felt like it was too expensive for something that shouldn't have broken so easily. I was really let down by the poor quality of the bracelet and started to question the brand and their standards.

    New bracelet repair

    I bought this really nice bracelet from that fancy store as a birthday gift to myself, but then it broke after only a year! I was so bummed out because I thought it was good quality, but the clasp just gave out on me. I tried to see if I could get it fixed at the little shop nearby, but they said I'd have to send it back to the original store. And let me tell you, that process takes forever! Plus, it's going to cost me a whopping $200 just to get it fixed. I mean, seriously, that's way too expensive! I'm starting to think I should just avoid shopping there altogether. They really need to make repairing things more affordable and convenient, you know what I mean?

    Pink Tourmaline Ring

    So, I bought this pink tourmaline ring for $2500, thinking it would be top quality 'cause it's from a fancy jewelry brand. But man, their customer service was a mess. I paid for overnight shipping, no big deal about getting it late 'cause of New Year's Eve. When it finally got here, it was the wrong stone! I had to talk to Ruth in customer service and she was a pain. She said she'd rush me the right ring, but surprise, surprise, it was late thanks to delays and excuses.
