    Coat purchase

    I just bought a coat from this company and at first, everything was awesome. I loved how cozy and stylish the coat was, and I was so excited to leave a good review. But then I realized I accidentally wrote the review for the wrong coat (I got two different ones). I tried reaching out to customer service to fix it, but they didn't have a phone number to call. I had to send an email with all my order info, and it was kind of a pain.

    So, like, I bought this thing that was supposed to be brand new with tags, but when I got it, it was all messed up and broken. I tried to return it or get it fixed, but the company wouldn't help me unless I bought it from them directly. They said I needed a receipt, unlike Patagonia who are cool with helping you out even without one. Such a bummer, I won't buy from them again!

    I bought a bag after reading reviews and all that. It got shipped the next day, but then Royal mail messed up and lost it. Cotopaxi said they'd refund me or send a new one, but I got one from somewhere else just to be safe. If it wasn't for Royal mail, I would've given it a 5-star review.

    Travel packing cubes

    I really like the products, but I was pretty upset with how they communicated and handled the delivery. I paid extra for overnight shipping because I needed the items before my trip, but I didn't get any updates for almost a week. I only got a notification that they shipped after I tried to cancel my order. The package finally arrived the day after, when I was already on my flight. It's kind of pointless to offer overnight shipping if they can't dispatch it on time. I've had better experiences with Cotopaxi in the UK and Europe. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and the fact that I wasted my money. I would recommend shopping at REI instead of this US website.

    Bogota Del Dia 20L bag exchange

    I ordered this bag specifically looking for some bright colours, but ended up getting some dull and unappealing shades instead. I sent it back for a swap, but got an even more boring and unattractive bag in return. The customer service rep, Emily, was not much help and basically just told me to send it back again. When I tried to return it on the website, it said it was already done, which just added to my confusion and annoyance. All in all, this whole thing has been a letdown and I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from this company again.

    First time online buyer's regret

    I was pretty disappointed with my first purchase from this company. Even though their website pictures looked great, the stuff I got was actually really low quality and not what I expected. I got a windbreaker and a hoody, both of which totally fell apart after I only wore them a few times. The material was super cheap and felt really poorly made, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed when I wore them. When I tried to return the items, the customer service gave me a hard time. They wouldn't give me a refund, saying it was against their policy. It was just a really frustrating and negative experience overall.
