Bird cocktail glasses order
I ordered some bird cocktail glasses and man, I was so upset when I dropped them right after opening the box. It sucked to see them all broken like that. So, I emailed the company to see if they could give me a deal on a new set. And guess what? They not only gave me a discount, but sent me a free replacement! Their customer service was top-notch. I'm really pleased with how they handled everything.
Handmade goods for special occasions
I gotta say, I had a great time shopping on this website. They've got all sorts of cool stuff, perfect for any occasion - birthdays, weddings, you name it. Their handmade items are top-notch, and they always deliver on time. Plus, I liked that I could reach out to the seller if I needed to speed up my order. And can we talk about those prices? They're amazing.
Lost parcel replacement
My experience with my lost parcel was a bit of a bummer at first since I had to keep bugging UPS to figure out what happened. But, they were pretty quick to send a replacement, so that's cool. Fingers crossed the replacement makes it to me without any hiccups this time.
Mule mugs for an event
I was looking to get some mule mugs for a party coming up, so I decided to order from this company. I contacted their customer support to ask if they could get the mugs to me in two weeks, and they suggested I choose priority shipping for faster delivery. It ended up taking about 5 days longer than I expected for processing, but luckily, the mugs arrived just in time for the party. I was happy with how they turned out, but next time, I would recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid any last-minute stress. Despite that, I might order from them again in the future.
Discount inquiry and subsequent orders
I just wanted to share my recent experience with customer service. I reached out about a discount issue and at first, I was told it didn't apply to sale items. But after talking it over, the manager agreed to give me the discount, which I was really happy about. Because of this, I ended up placing two more orders for the same product and got the discounts as they said. I'm really thankful for the awesome customer service from the folks at this company.
Necklace purchase, tracking shows delivered but did not receive
I just bought a necklace from this store and was pretty bummed when I saw the tracking said it was delivered, but it wasn't at my door. I reached out to customer service and they told me to file a claim with the shipping company, so I did right away. After sending the case number, the store got back to me fast and said they'd send a replacement. I'm glad they sorted it out with just a few emails.
Solar lights and potential side table purchase
Apollo is where I always go for solar lights. They've got a great selection of cool stuff that you don't find everywhere! I've been shopping there for a while now and I've never been disappointed with what I've gotten. The solar lights I've bought have been affordable and they last forever without any problems. I noticed they added side tables to their lineup recently, and even though I haven't bought one yet, I'm definitely thinking about getting one in the future.
DIY bookshelf
I just bought a DIY bookshelf from this store and let me tell you, I am super impressed with the quality of the product. The parts were really well-cut and the instructions were easy to follow, which made putting it together a breeze. The final result looks amazing and I'm really happy with my purchase. The only thing I would've liked is some ideas for painting and adding decorations above the shelves, like decals.
Side table delivery
I gotta say, I was really impressed by the customer service rep I talked to about my side table. They knew their stuff and gave me all the details I needed about when it would arrive. It really helped me plan ahead. I liked how quick and clear they were in their responses. But I did knock off a star because I wish they had given me that info sooner to prevent any mix-ups.
Starry tulle skirts for bridesmaids
I recently bought starry tulle skirts for my bridesmaids for my bridal shower and they were absolutely gorgeous! They looked so beautiful and brought a touch of magic to the event. However, when it came to sizes, there was a bit of a mix-up. I ordered sizes medium to XL, but it seemed like some of the skirts were mislabeled. Some mediums were as big as the larges, and some XLs were even bigger than expected. We had to have my bridesmaids try them on and do some alterations to the ones that were too big. Next time, I'd recommend double-checking the sizing to avoid any mix-ups.
Two tops
I just bought a couple of tops from this store and, to be honest, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. But here's the thing - the sizes were a bit wonky. I got both of 'em in a large, but one of them was a bit snugger than I was counting on. It was no biggie though, 'cause the fabric was really soft and seemed like it was made well.
