Quick Service
This company has totally won me over with their top-notch customer service. Recently, I had a little hiccup with my order, but one of their super friendly agents had it all sorted out in a jiffy. I was really impressed with how professional and quick the customer service rep was, they made me feel like a valuable customer. I've always loved how fast they ship out my orders, but now I can say for sure that their customer service is top-notch and they're at the top of my list. Keep up the awesome work, guys!
Outdoor lights purchase
We just got 7 outdoor lights for our newly renovated house and they are stunning! But, we ended up with an extra one. I contacted customer service on their website and they made the return super simple. One of the lights had a broken piece of glass, but when I talked to customer service, they figured out the problem fast and got the replacement part sent over from the manufacturer. We're really happy with how everything went and would totally buy from them again for our future lighting needs.
Tax promotion honored on previous order
I got an email from the store about a tax promotion they were doing in March. Since I bought something earlier that month, I contacted customer service to see if they could give me the promotion for my previous order. The person I talked to was really helpful and applied the promotion to my purchase right away. I was happy with how professional and nice the customer service rep was. Overall, I had a great experience with 1StopLighting and will definitely shop with them again.
Lighting fixture
I wasn't sure about ordering from this company at first, but the price was way better than other stores so I gave it a shot. They said they'd ship it to me the next day or give me an even bigger discount, so I thought, why not? Turns out, they actually came through and my light fixture arrived quickly and in great shape. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely think about ordering from them again down the road.
Assistance with order error
I recently had a great experience talking to a customer service rep about a mistake in my order. Jhorjon Vestido helped me out, and I gotta say, he was super helpful and nice. He fixed the problem really fast and I was really impressed with how quick he was. It's such a relief to know the company has awesome people like Jhorjon working for them. Home lighting
I just wanted to mention how great the service was that I got! The person I talked to really went above and beyond to help me out. Large light fixtures
So, I got these really big light fixtures from this place, eh? And one of the globes had a problem, but Gerard fixed it real quick! Now I got 4 of these huge lights from them and they're fantastic. I'm definitely gonna keep shopping there because the customer service is top-notch, the prices are good, and they're totally dependable. Cheers!
